Common questions
Why does only my hot water smell like rotten eggs?
When the smell is only on the hot side, the water heater is a common place to start. A technician can check the anode rod and treat and flush the tank.
Can you check the softener I already have?
Yes. We will tell you whether your existing softener and filtration are working before recommending anything new.
Do you install whole-house systems?
Yes. We install whole-house water purification, softening and filtration systems. One recent example is a whole-house purification system for a single-family home in Estero.
Should I fix the softener I have or replace it?
We check what is there first. On a recent Cape Coral visit the existing softener had stopped working, and we quoted a replacement softener and filtration system only after confirming that.
