- Installing a new exterior cleanout, so the line can be reached next time without pulling a toilet
What we don't do
- Clearing is priced as clearing. If the camera shows the line needs excavation or pipe replacement, that is quoted separately before any digging starts.
- We do not offer trenchless pipe lining or bursting.
- Septic tank pumping and tank removal are septic company work. We handle the plumbing between the house and the tank, and we will tell you if the problem is the tank.
- A line collapsed by roots or shifting will not stay clear. We will say so rather than sell you a repeat visit every few months.

- Tell us which fixtures are affected. One slow drain and a whole house backing up are different problems, and it changes what we bring.
- A technician locates the cleanout, clears the line, and confirms the fixtures drain properly.
- If it has blocked before, or the cause is not obvious, we camera the line and show you what is down there.
- You get a clear answer: cleared and fine, or cleared but here is the underlying problem and what fixing it involves.

How soon can someone come out?
We book same-day when we can get to you, and the next available slot when we can't. Call and we will tell you honestly where you sit in the day.
Do I need a camera inspection or just a cleaning?
If it is a first-time blockage in one fixture, clearing it is usually enough. If the whole house is slow, or the same drain keeps blocking, a camera is worth it — otherwise you are paying to clear the same line again in a few months without ever learning why.
Are chemical drain cleaners a problem?
They are hard on older pipes and often only bore a hole through a blockage rather than removing it, so the drain slows again quickly. Tell the technician if you have used one recently, since it affects how the line is handled safely.
What causes drain flies?
Usually organic build-up inside a drain, sometimes a dry trap, occasionally a broken line under the slab. Clearing the drain normally handles it. If they keep coming back, that points at something worth looking at with a camera.
Can you clear a main sewer line?
Yes. Main line clearing is standard work, and if the blockage keeps returning we camera the line to find the cause rather than repeating the same visit.
