High water bill or a damp spot? Leak detection and repair in Fort Myers.

Leak detection and repair for walls, ceilings, cabinets and water lines across Fort Myers and Southwest Florida. We find the source before we open anything up.

New gray and white PVC water line joined to the copper service line beside a water meter box

What this work addresses

  • A water bill that jumped without your usage changing
  • The sound of running water with everything shut off
  • The water meter still moving after every fixture is off
  • Water coming through a ceiling, or a stain spreading on a wall
  • Damp flooring, or damage or mold behind kitchen or bathroom cabinets
  • A musty smell in one part of the house you cannot trace

What's included

  • Finding the source of a leak before anything is opened up
  • Leaks inside walls and ceilings, including water coming through from a floor above
  • Hidden leaks behind kitchen and bathroom cabinets
  • Opening only as much drywall as it takes to reach the leaking pipe
  • Repairing or replacing the damaged section of pipe
  • Testing the repaired line before we leave
  • A clear explanation of what was found and what the options cost

What we don't do

  • We find and fix the plumbing. Drying, remediation and rebuilding the floor or drywall afterwards are specialist trades, and we will tell you who you need.
  • Roof leaks and window leaks are not plumbing. If the water is coming from outside the system, we will say so rather than chase it.

From the first call to the next step

  1. Tell us what you are seeing — the bill, the damp, the sound. We book same-day when we can get to you.
  2. A technician isolates the system and confirms there is a leak before anything gets opened.
  3. The leak is located as precisely as the situation allows, so any access opening is as small as possible.
  4. You get the repair options and what each involves, including repair versus reroute where that is the real choice.

Where we work

Common questions

Will you have to open a wall or ceiling?

Sometimes, yes. Once the leak is located, we open only as much drywall as it takes to reach and repair the pipe, then test the repair. Closing up and finishing the drywall afterwards is a separate trade, and we will tell you what will need patching.

How soon can someone come out?

We book same-day when we can get to you, and the next available slot when we can't. A leak that is actively damaging the property should be called in rather than left.

What should I do while I wait?

If water is actively damaging the property, shut off the main. If it is a slow leak and you can live with it for a few hours, leave it on so it is easier to find.

Is a leak covered by insurance?

Policies differ, and many cover the resulting damage rather than the pipe itself. Ask your insurer what they need from you, and we will tell you exactly what we found and what we repaired.
