Service area
Plumbing service for Naples homes and properties.
Water heater, drain, leak and plumbing repair service for Naples homes and managed properties, from our Fort Myers team. Call (239) 542-0787.
Naples is the south end of our service area, and we work there for homeowners and for property-management companies. For a repair, tell the office the address and what you are seeing. For a remodel, tell us what is changing or send the plans and we will talk through the plumbing.
What changes the plumbing here
- City water is lime-softened
- If your water bill comes from the City of Naples, your water comes from 51 wells in the Lower Tamiami Aquifer and is treated with lime softening. In 2025 its hardness averaged 68 mg/L, about 4 grains per gallon. The city's own report classes that as moderately hard.
- Septic to sewer west of Goodlette-Frank
- The City and Collier County are designing central sewer for homes still on septic in an area west of Goodlette-Frank Road, between Pine Ridge Road and Cypress Woods Drive. Homeowners on septic there will be assessed the cost of the new sewer system. Design is expected to finish in winter 2026, and the City and County are still looking for funding.
- Ian's surge reached Naples
- The National Hurricane Center put Hurricane Ian's peak storm surge in Naples at 6 to 9 feet above ground in 2022. The tide gauge on Naples Pier was destroyed in the storm. If your home took on water then and drains or fixtures still act up, it is worth having it looked over.
